MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Martial art and sport with focus on an all around offense and self defense. This program is designed to teach various skills and conditioning. It is the groundwork to being truly able to refine your martial arts for MMA.

FITNESS

A non-traditional way to stay in shape!

STRIKING

Martial arts stand-up self defense and offense. This program is designed to give students a grasp on stand up techniques and the confidence to defend any stand-up situation.

TAE KWON DO

Traditional Korean Martial Art with emphasis on fast kicking techniques as well as jumping and spinning kicks.

KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a non-violent self defense for children and teens. This program integrates physical education and self-defense techniques with conditioning and games aimed at improving coordination, motor skills, agility, and flexibility.

KIDS MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Kids learn skills combining boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and wrestling. The goal of this class is to hone their technical skills in basic fundamental movements in each style.

KIDS TAE KWON DO

Traditional martial art that will focus on fast kicking, jumping and spinning kicks. This program will strengthen children both mentally and physically.
