Over the last 30 years, we’ve been perfecting our winning formula to create champions on the mats and also champions in life. We want you to believe that anything is possible, and we will show you how much you can do.

We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Striking, Fitness, and Tae Kwon Do programs for both adults and kids. Get to know more about the programs we offer at Believe MMA:

Adult Programs

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art and sport focused on body positioning and leverage. Using proper technique, a smaller, weaker person can defeat a larger, stronger person. In this program, you’ll practice skills in groundwork and self-defense.

Mixed Martial Arts

In this program, you lay the groundwork for Mixed Martial Arts by learning various skills and improving your fitness and conditioning. This program is both martial arts and sport with a focus on an all-around offense and self-defense.

Fitness

One of the reasons people start training in martial arts is to improve their fitness. Martial arts is a less traditional workout but a fun way to stay in shape. Our Fitness program uses aspects of martial arts to give you a great workout. Plus, you’ll improve your strength, power, agility, flexibility, and coordination.

Striking

Our Striking program is designed to give students a solid grasp of stand-up self-defense and offense. You will develop the confidence to defend yourself in any stand-up situation.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korean Martial Art. This program emphasizes fast kicking techniques as well as jumping and spinning kicks. Not only will you learn the technical skills of Tae Kwon Do, but you’ll have fun and get a great workout.

Kids Programs

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program blends physical education and non-violent self-defense techniques. These classes include conditioning and games that improve motor skills, balance, coordination, flexibility, and agility.

Kids Mixed Martial Arts

The goal of the Kids Mixed Martial Arts program is for kids to practice and refine their technical skills. Kids learn basic fundamental movements in multiple martial arts styles, combining boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling skills.

Kids Tae Kwon Do

Our Kids Tae Kwon Do program will strengthen children both mentally and physically. We focus on fast kicking, both jumping and spinning kicks.
